Shipping & Returns

We currently only deliver our physical scores within the UK. All deliveries are made via Royal Mail First Class post. The scores are posted either the same day or the following working day after they are ordered and then are expected to arrive in 2-3 working days after that.

Delivery is completely free of charge for customers. We also use environmentally responsible packaging that is made of recycled material and/or is FSC certified.

Return Policy

Cancelling an order

​

If you change your mind and no longer want the product you ordered, you have 14 working days after receipt of the goods in which to notify us that you wish to cancel the order. This does not apply to any downloaded scores. The goods must be returned in 'as new' condition.

If you wish to cancel, you must email us or send a written request which quotes your order number and, if you don't wish to cancel your whole order, the specific products you want to cancel. You may use the returns form available below but it is not obligatory. The details to send the request to are also found below.

 

Once we have received this request, you have a further 14 working days to send the goods back to the address below along with your name and the relevant order number. If you have cancelled the order before it has been dispatched, we will notify you and you will not have to return the goods.

 

When we have received the goods back and have been able to confirm they are in 'as new' condition, we will send a full refund. Please note that if you are cancelling an order and have to send the products back, we will not be able to refund you for the delivery costs incurred when sending the goods back.

 

Returning a defective item

If you receive a product from us that is defective or you are otherwise not happy with then you can return it at any time and receive a replacement product back. If you notify us within 14 working days of receipt of the product, you can instead request for a full refund instead of a replacement which will be processed if you return it within a further 14 working days.

You can notify us by post or email via the relevant address below including your name, your order number, the name of the affected product along with a brief description of the fault or the reason you are unhappy with the product. If you would prefer a full refund instead of a replacement and are within the 14 working days, let us know. You may use the returns form available below if you wish but that is not obligatory.

If you are returning good because of a fault or an error on our part, we will refund the cost of delivery that you incur when sending the product back to us. However, if this is not the case, then we will be unable to refund the delivery costs.

Shipping Policy

Covid-19 update:

  In order to ensure the safety of our customers and everyone else involved during the process, we will not be delivering any of our Spiral Scores until the situation improves. You can still purchase any of our Spiral Scores during this time, but they will not be delivered until it has been decided that it is safe to do so.

  Our Digital and Mobile scores are unaffected and are still available to purchase and download.
