Ce qu’a vu le vent d’Ouest - Préludes (Book 1) - Claude Debussy (digital)
Claude Debussy composed his first book of Préludes between December 1909 and February 1910, which is an unusually fast pace of composition for him.
The titles of each piece are usually at the end as Debussy wanted the performer to experience the sound world without being influenced by the title first. (That is not the case in this edition for ease of navigation).

How digital versions work
The digital version comes as a zip file containing 3 options:
- 'Standard' has equal margins. This is suited for digital use or to be printed and used in plastic wallets.
- 'Single sided' has larger inside margins on the same side of each page. This is suited to being printed single-sided and hole punched or binded.
- 'Double sided' has larger inside margins on alternating sides. This is suited to being printed double-sided and hole punched or binded.
Due to issues with opening zip files on portable devices, we also offer a separate mobile version which just consists of the 'Standard' option to be downloaded and viewed easily.
